Kazu is a Deadman and a former member of Scar Chain. He died during the Deadman mass prison break.

AppearanceEdit

Kazu has brown hair of middle length. His eyes are dark brown. He wears a mouth mask for unknown reasons. He wears a khaki overall with a dark blue belt. The top side of his overall is dark cyan.

PlotEdit

Scar Chain arcEdit

Kazu attended Nagi's presentation about the plan. He was also there the second time, when Ganta came back and brought Shiro along with him. Kazu jokes about it, saying that Ganta is lucky about having such a 'girlfriend'.

He joined the other Scar Chain members in their run to the elevator. When the elevator was activated, he also got on. He was talking to the other members about how they will manage outside. But when the elevator reached the top, they were greeted by Genkaku and his Undertakers. Some Deadmen attacked with their Branch of Sin, but when they saw it didn't have any effect because of the Worm Eater, Kazu tried to flee. He was followed by a couple of Undertakers and they chased him into a room, where they used their flame-throwers to burn him to death. It was in this fire that the data chip was thrown in by Shiro to be destroyed.

Branch of Sin: Kazu is a Deadman, so he has the ability to freely control his blood out of his body.
